About Karin Swenson
Karin is the executive director of Meadow Park Preschool and Child Care Center in Rochester. She has been in her current position since 1993 and has over 30 years of experience in early education. She received her BS. and MS. in Education from Winona State University. Karin is a core leader in Kids Count On Us and was a member of the EPIC Partnership Team. Her goal before she retires is to see bold systemic change in how we value early childhood education and care in Minnesota.
