About Debra Messenger
Debra is a Leader with Kids Count on Us. She was a founder of Antioch Christian Center in St. Paul. She started Antioch Youth & Family Center, a non-profit organization designed to help minister to the needs of families. The center also operated a transitional Men’s Restoration Home for single men. Debra is currently the office manager of All Ages and Faces Academy in St. Paul. She is assistant Pastor of True Vine New Bethel Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend Dr. Clarence Hightower. In 2003 Debra earned a Doctorate Degree from the MN Graduate School of Theology. She is a certified Medical Assistant and is currently working to acquire her Child Development Associate Certification.
